It may not be cable ... it is travel

I've been fortunate to have been able to do a fair amount of traveling during the last few years. Likely the most memorable trip started in Istanbul in August of 2002. The trip was memorable for several reasons; it was the longest trip I've ever taken both in terms of days on the calendar and miles traveled. I traveled on a beautiful sailing ship and nothing bad happened.

I'll start with that trip since I jounalized it along the way.
